Black Snow – mini project [PHOTOS]

To challenge myself I try to do the exact opposite of what is usually taken as the right thing to do. Instead of working hard with manual settings of the camera in order to make the snow white, I decided to get as close to black snow as possible (without excessive Lightroom and no Photoshop at all). And the result is the gallery below, that I made in the middle of a very sunny day on a ski running track.

On a day to day basis, I am pretty positive, open person with a nice sense of humor. Yet, I still need to let some of that steam off. And creating things that are really dark, strong and sometimes scary – helps me to get rid of bad emotions that I don’t really want to keep inside for long. I guess everyone should have its own thing that helps them. For someone, it can be simply running or watching Game of Thrones. For me, it might be taking a photo of snow and trying to make it black.
